Talent sponsors ADHD Foundation’s ‘Neurodiversity: A New Paradigm’ Conference 2023

Talent is proudly sponsoring the ADHD Foundation’s upcoming Neurodiversity conference in the UK. Held in Liverpool on 16th June 2023, the ‘Neurodiversity: A New Paradigm’ conference will feature internationally-renowned leaders from multiple organisations to share insights and best practices within our ever-changing workplace. Talent’s very own James Davies (Managing Director of the UK Private Sector) is speaking at the conference, sharing his invaluable knowledge and experience of neurodiversity in recruitment.
The conference
This event will focus on five specific professional areas (business, health, education, justice, and the creative industry), exploring the different ways we can transform our traditional workplace ecosystem for the better. The neurodiversity paradigm has hugely shifted in recent years, and ‘thinking differently’ is slowly becoming more accepted and appreciated by organisations. So, how can we optimise the opportunities created by this shift, helping truly support neurodiverse individuals at work?
The conference will explore exactly this (plus much more!), designed to bring together people who are passionate about nurturing and developing talent, skills and creativity – no matter which form they may be.
Proud supporters
Our entire vision at Talent is to ‘build a better world of work for all’. And we firmly believe that supporting neurodiverse employees plays a huge role in achieving this.
We’ve recently begun internal neurodiversity-focused training for all our staff, and have collaborated with multiple charities and organisations in creating online content. Our ‘Neurodiversity at Work: Thinking Differently’ blog series features the ADHD Foundation’s very own Founder and CEO Tony Lloyd, as well as other neurodiversity champions from Auto Trader and Succeed with Dyslexia.
We know we’ve still got a long way to go here at Talent, but we’re passionate about increasing our understanding and empathy around neurodiversity – and helping our clients do the same. We couldn’t be prouder to be sponsoring this conference, and we can’t wait to see James in action!
