This event brought together HR, Talent Acquisition and DEI specialists to learn, debate and share ideas to address the lack of gender diversity within the German technology community. According to LinkedIn, 79% of IT professionals in Germany identify as male. This compares to just 66% in the UK. Against its European counterparts, Germany is undoubtedly one of the most underrepresented nations on the continent.

The March event also marked a celebration of International Women’s Day and we were delighted to host so many game-changing women in tech at the event.
